What is happening with the NFS series.

I don't know about a lot of you's but the new nfs title is missing a lot of what it used to have I used to love the need for speed series when it was about customizing and street racing it used to be a one of a kind game and no other titles could compete in it's league. Now I find my self struggling to play the new nfs rivals because it's just so boring.
I would love to be able to write some feedback to your developers but from your nfs website to ea website there is no opinion to do so, so I am writing this to see if anyone else agrees or if maybe you's could stop trying to change it and make it worse it feels like playing burnout with how you've set up picking up car and have killed all the fun of customizing a car.
You should make a hd or remake of underground 2 I would personally play that more then rivals.
