Hi there,
This can be a issue with your keyboard (a key may be pressed constantly), or a bug.
In your controls you can edit the key for looking back and rotating the camera, standard I believe this is:
END: look back (180 degrees)
(not sure) page up: look left
(not sure) page down: look right
