Where's the E30?

The BMW M3 Evo 2 E30 was and still is currently listed on the official car list, and it is featured in a promotional teaser, as well as in game loading screen concept art, yet the car is nowhere to be found. The E30 has been my dream car forever and I was really excited to use it in Payback, but from as far as what I can tell nobody has it in game. Does anyone know what happened to it and when/if it's coming?
