Why are the same online issues persisted on this awesome game (xbox360)?

Sometimes the screen at the start of a race will glitch, rarely cars will respawn across other players igniting a car on wheels mayhem, not to mention the forever loading between races or just joining session in progress, and at last that i can remember, since i haven't played lately on a playgroup, the almighty car/color/body kit selector glitch, between the start of a race & selecting (so select before, not after the time limit runs out i guess) :[
