Why does every game have a profanity it’s annoying

I’m trying to add a buddy on nfs heat and when I type his EA id in it says profanity. And it also says the same thing when he searches me. I’m on Xbox and he is on play station. This is really aggravating

Hello, 

I've been trying to edit my wrap/decals and any text or number whatsoever flags up as profanity. I've reinstalled the game and also tried various text and numbers but nothing is working. 

I'd like to add the number 47 onto the side of my BMW M3 for the motorsport livery but that isn't working: 47 profanity detected, HELLO profanity detected, GHOST (original numberplate text) profanity detected, 'blank' profanity detected. No idea how no text is profanity. Basically all text, letters, numbers contains profanity.

I've reported bug to EA support and they have also asked me to add to the EA Forums too.

Just bought game again on XBOX after playing on PC too 😞
