Why does NFS Most Wanted DLC bundle never go on sale on Origin?

The title says it all, I have wanted to buy the DLC bundle for quite some time but the base price seems too high and it never seems to go on sale. The same DLC bundle on Steam goes into sales often, but no matter which sale there is on Origin, the NFS Most Wanted DLC bundle is NEVER included.

Speaking of which, it would be nice if the DLC became a part of the EA Play subscription, but a reasonable sale (15-20 Euros, let's say) would suffice.

The reason I am bringing this up is because it seems to be a mistake that the DLC bundle never goes on sale. It could be intentional, but if this was the case then the DLC bundle probably wouldn't go on sale on Steam either, right?

If you use gg.deals website to check the price history of said DLC, then you can see the Steam version got it's price reduced three times within last year while the last time it was on sale via Origin was in 2018.

I would appreciate if somebody could look into this and determine whether the people making Origin sales just didn't forget about this.
