Why is EA not listening to fans?

Im a huge fan of the old NFS games like undergroud 1&2, mostwanted. Like alot of other fans, im waiting for a NFS that is worth buying.

There is a very simple challange todo, but EA continues to make every new game less fun.

A good need for Speed just has to have:

-A huge range of cars and tuning

-Good and balanced Races with no rubberband KI and fair payment

-Freeroam mode alone and with friends, includes cops (with and without)

-Offline mode

*:

-Lootcrates for Upgrades or any other random stuff

-Allways on mode

-story with boring and awkward movies.

-awkward texts like "L.O.L"

    EA is looking to the community feedback now. They update NFS Unbound and add new stuff becorse the community raged that they didnt supported NFS Heat but the community is still crying that the updates are bad and other stuff. The NFS  community itself dont know what they want.
