Why NFS Heat doesn’t have Lamborghini Urus on their car list?

I wonder why doesn’t have Lamborghini Urus in NFS Heat? Forza have different kind SUV and Truck ? I will use something like heavy SUV or Truck able to ram police car and racing on dirt road.
