Why Support can't help me to transfer game to another account ?
Hi,
I got NFS The Run LE, And my friend was opened his account at my PC
When i bogut the game i activated it at my account's friend by wrong
I didn't realized it's for my friend after activate it 😕mileysad:
So, I cantact EA Support and i was suffering from them even they didn't tell me anything to help me 😕mileyfrustrated:
And my friend totally refuse to let me access to his account and he want to make his account private
So what i can do in this problem ?
For Support : I need really help don't told me we can help you in this case

We’re sorry to see that you’ve encountered this issue.
To sum up the situation here, the game has been activated (the product key) by mistake on your friend's account.
If this is what happened then, only a Game advisor can provide information or advices in a situation like this.
If you have send a request already and you have been requested providing etails, please do so. Also keep an eye on your request status if it's still open for any updates.
