Will abandoned cars I have missed become available again?

Will the rx7 and gtr that I missed become available again?

Yes and the gtr wasent released yet its like a cycle dont you worry

    I hope so cause i want to get the RX-7 again. Restarted game after getting it and it disappeared completely from the game. Not even a mention at the dealerships so thats kinda a big let down on Ea or/and DICE's end
