Will abandoned cars I have missed become available again?

Will the rx7 and gtr that I missed become available again?

yeah hopefully they will i had my rx7 at 399 used all through story missions as my racecar and beat the game with it and my ps4 crashed and i lost it. It really sucks was my favorite car in the game
