Will the rx7 and gtr that I missed become available again?

this is why no one like EA, they add something that people like, but not without ruining it right after. Like I don't understand I just this game, cause I had played it before last year, and now I'm learning that one of the cool features aren't available anymore. Like????? Some headass * man
