Will not let me play NFS HEAT on xbox

Hello all I don't know if anyone can help but I got nfs last week installed on the xbox and started it up but as soon as it says press A to start it will not work not doing anything at all so I left it 2 days later tryed it all again but this time it worked and was playing fine on it so I was like oh yay happy days its fine until today I tryed to go on it and it's doing it again will not let me play just keeps playing the little video that comes on when you first go on to the play

If someone can help or just give me some advice I would be so grateful thanks all

While we work on this, the following steps should help you get into the game.

Remove any accessories but your primary controller. Even something like a wireless headset can be a factor, so don't leave anything out. Open up your Xbox menu, open Settings > Devices& Streaming > Accessories, and remove everything but your primary controller.

Also some players are having issues with Elite V2 controllers, plugging it in if it's connected wirelessly, or going wireless if it's plugged in should help.
