Wrap editor horizontal and vertical controls PS4

Hello,

I tried today to place a top decal and it says in the help control if you use L2 on controller + up or down buttons or L2 + left or right buttons on digital pad you can stretch horizontally or vertically the decal you are working on but when i press the combination nothing happens and the L2 control when it switches you get the extra options shown on screen but not the stretching options

Please help me out with this
