[xbox 360] - Sound issues/audio cuts out

Just bought this game yesterday. Played it today for the first time. The in game sound keeps cutting out for a few seconds then comes back. Keeps happening over and over. Anybody else having this pro...

So I'm assuming that the lack of any responses from EA means they are not working on this problem?  It's disappointing that the gaming industry is ok with releasing buggy software.
