Xbox one - NFS Rivals wheel not working

Typical EA! I broke my promise. I swore I would never buy another Need for Speed game. New format (instead of PC) figured I'd give it a try. Spent $60 on a game for XBox One and an expensive Feedback racing wheel. Guess what? Wheel works until I start Need for Speed - Rivals. Only way to play is with the XBox controllers. Total garbage!! Get help from EA, dream on. I loved the early games Porsche, Underground and Most Wanted. Bought the next one, had trouble couldn't get any help. If everyone would stop buying these games maybe they would get the idea and start thinking about the customer! For now I will find someone who likes playing with the regular controllers, instead of getting immersed in the game by being allowed to use a steering wheel, and get rid of the game and find another game that will utilize the steering wheel.
