They should ad the ability to select multiple laywof vinyl and move them as a group and or copy the group
Sometimes I made something and I want It on a different part of the car and I need to make it from scratch or if I want to move it slightly up or down I need to move each individual part its annoying

I would have to highly agree with the rubberbanding cops in heat there is no freaking way a dodge charger in heat level 3 or 4 could catch up to a 1000-1500hp car and the upgrade system u mentioned its okay i aint gonna lie abt it and they need to scrap the limited repairs or increase the value for it cause its highly annoying where ur cars kept on getting damaged by the game physics acting stupid or the stupid npc cars bumping into you during night also the damage system in this game,sorry for caps but I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY DAMAGE SYSTEM THAT IS SOO BROKEN AND UNBALANCED!like i played midnight clubs(still cancelled soz)and that game has damage system as well but it didnt whenever ur car reach maximum damage in that game ur car basically just respawn without charging ur money even in a race as well whereas heat if ur cars die the game instantly sends u into ur garage making u lose the race instantly and paying money to repair your car!! Not to mention the cops wreck ur car pretty easily in this game even with damage reduction!
In conclusion:currently this game is currently on alot of problems right now the rubberbanding cops to game crashing in most of the platforms
