You Don't Own A Drift Car.... When I do Own A Drift Car

Im trying to access the drift event, yet it claims i dont own a drift car.  When i travel to the drift car dealership, of the many cars available for purchase, one of them happens to be a Honda S2000, which i not only currently own but drove to the event only to be denied. What gives???

    @acuraice

    your s2000 classified as drift class or race class?

    if its the first car you choose when you had the option to choose between mk1 and gnx so its classified as race car and not drift.

    see in photos where you can know if its drift or race class

    yes, it was the first yellow s2000 in the game that ive been adding parts to after each win. to me it makes no sense. its the same car, no need to buy another of the same car.

  • Yes, you have to buy another car. Your first car your chose is designed for RACE class, not DRIFT. You will need to purchase or otherwise acquire another car classified as DRIFT in order to enter the event.
