Add ECU Remapping and Gear ratio changing and no speed limit like FH5

Hi, Just giving an idea. if u guys could add tuning features like gear ratio changing, turbo or charger psi changing, ecu remap that will be great and also plz remove speed limit because there is non in The Crew and forza horizon games.
