Are soundtracks in-game safe for streaming?

Question

I tried to stream it on YouTube and most of the music got rights claimed (can't monetization) which is fine, but the music Autobahn has claimed right and BLOCKED my video.

Is it ok to file an appeal to YouTube?

The game doesn't have streaming mode so I assume these music should be safe for streaming...

I'm afraid you'll need to play with music turned off while recording, at least for the time being; looks like many people are getting DMCA strikes
