Difficulty is totally off and Shimizu in particular is a totally different ai than every other. Near impossible to beat on certain race types.
For anyone struggling to beat Shimizu in longer races, make sure you do everything you can to get in front of him during the very first part of the race. If he’s behind you he acts like a normal challenging opponent that you can fend off like he’s at least got some limits. But if he gets ahead of you, I believe he is so poorly programmed that he does not know how fast he is supposed to go and just leaves everyone in his dust.
