Drive cop cars in freeroam NFS Unbound

Lets us drive the cop cars we can unlock from cop career or speedpass in freeroam because i think this would make alot of players happy and it would be fun to drive around the map with lights and sirens, better yet add a mode where you are a cop in freeroam and you have to hunt down other online racers.
