Without installing any parts, with the lowest engine, just offroad susp. And by installing offroad tires, I was able to reduce it to 127. This person reached a speed of approximately 260km with his B113 vehicle and won all the races very easily. No matter how long I've been playing, I've never seen anyone go like a rocket in Class B with this car.
