HUD chromatic aberration and time cycles

Hello dear developers at Criterion! Thanks for your constant updates and new feature to turn off effects.

Please consider to make an option to turn off chromatic aberration on HUD elements primarily MAP and speedometers. It hurts to look for some people on map gps when doing activities.

Also please add time cycle presets to single player mode. Thanks.
