I lost my progress on ea app

I lost my progress on multiplayer and history, there is no cloud save in the ea app?

I have 42 hours in multiplayer, i wouldnt like to waste them

Can someone help me please

To confirm progress for Unbound is saved locally to your device.

Due you remember getting a recent message about your last session not saving, or your save file being corrupted?

No, i not get nothing about of my progress, I hadn't played for a while and when I came back for this season, i dont have nothing, absolutely nothing about the multiplayer and history.

Can you check your documents folder to see if there is still a save file?

If so, it's possible the save was corrupted. If that is the case we can try the following to help prevent this in the future.

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
