Lotus Evija engine sound high khz ?

Question

My 10yo son reckons that he can't stand to drive the lotus Evija because it makes a horrendous high pitched sound that hurts his ears.... I'm 40 and can't hear anything... I assume maybe there's something I can't hear, anyone else experience something similar ?

yup... reminds me of my tesla when I'm racing it... I guess it's the electric motors working or something idk but I definitely hear it and it's quite high and loud lol
