Mod editor for unbound and heat

Hello beloved Community of the nfs franchise 

As all of you I was kinda disappointed to see that the content support will now be stopped, but in the other hand we are getting a few small tweaks with the benefits for choose what we liked for the next nfs once it's coming out sometime. But that is not the point I'm aiming towards 

You see when it comes to Community Content we made a huge step forward with mods. So why shouldn't we get the ability to make our own Content for the game to make it easier for the developers, like in Skyrim l. This game shows that it work perfectly.

It's basically a winwin for all of us
