This is by far my favourite update for NFS Unbound since release, and I'm really enjoying the Hot Pursuit mode, but I have to wonder what the thought was behind making police vehicles exclusive to that mode only?
To be honest the main thing I was looking forward to in this update was fooling around with my friends in free roam doing some open world cops and robbers, maybe even assisting the AI cops in chasing down other racers, but because the police vehicles are limited to Hot Pursuit mode only, we can't do that.
It seems strange to me that you can only drive the new vehicles (the main attraction of the whole update) in one type of event, and even then only half the time, as you spend half the match as racers anyway.
Don't want to completely bash the update, as I do love it, and the theme is right up my alley, but it seems to me that some obvious things were overlooked.
the concept was nice, but the realisation not. health regen is even more useless now, emp also, 911 cop cant keep up with a+ cars, the addition of ai cops is tragic, and also again p2w with speed pass. shame.
