Hello everyone, I hope you are all well, I have already contacted support twice and they asked to report the bug here... Here's the thing, I have the Need For Speeds Franchise, including all of them with the Deluxe version, but for strange as it may seem on the Need for Speed Heat page, the 10% loyalty discount doesn't appear unfortunately, I don't know if anyone else has the same error but I wanted to solve it as soon as possible so I can enjoy the deluxe version and the discount too because I'm entitled to him.
I got to pre-order Need For Speed Unbound Deluxe Edition Loyalty on October 10th, but the 10% discount that appeared on the Unbound page, but on the Need For Speed Heat page nothing appeared, it didn't give the discount , I canceled it because yesterday (November 5th) because I accessed my paypal and I came across the wrong amount and no discount, which claimed to be €71.99 with the 10% loyalty discount... Could they solve it for me? this problem as soon as possible please? I saved on purpose to take advantage of the discount, even the support I contacted both times were surprised that the 10% discount was not given and that it did not appear on the Need for Speed Heat page... Please help me!
