Need For Speed Heat in game Loyalty discount for Unbound

Hi! On the information link for Need for Speed Unbound it says there is a 10%, loyalty discount if you own Need for Speed Heat digital (which I do and have since its release) and it should be access...

@EA_David is there any update regarding this problem? It seems that the problem is for PSN in all regions.

No update yet, sorry. As you say, there doesn't seem to be a regional component and it seems to be related to the digital purchase.

If anyone happens to have access to a disc and the bandwidth to update a disc version of Heat I'd be curious if that's a potential workaround, albeit a highly situational one.

I don't have access to Heat disc, but I think this problem should be resolved since many people bought Heat digitally on PSN and should get this loyalty discount esp. before launch as pre-order

yeah... the main thing is that on the original post is said:
"If you bought a digital copy of Need for Speed Heat, you’ll be eligible for 10% off when you pre-order digital copies of Need for Speed Unbound."

i also own heat digitally via psn and have been holding off preordering unbound since it went live as the loyalty discount wasn’t working. i hope there’s some way of fixing it before release as i don’t want to miss the preorder bonuses.

  Is the 10% loyalty discount on top of the EA Play discount? If so: it’s not working appropriately on xbox.

    I believe it is supposed to stack so you get both the EA play and loyalty discounts.
    Can't find any official confirmation though.
