Need for Speed Unbound Palace Edition

I have a question. Why  do i have to wait and buy the cars when i actually paid for them with "Need for Speed Unbound Palace Edition" or "Need for Speed Unbound Palace Upgrade" and shouldn't you, like in the deluxe edition of "need for speed heat" are available IMMEDIATELY? Then why are i paying this money for these cars when they are not always unlocked for me and on top of that you are also PAYING for them. I'm pushing for this to be fixed because we've actually bought the right to have them in our garages without waiting and without paying extra in-game for them.
