NFS unbound vol 9 Premium speed pass not working

@bertdwayne1994 This is a bug on PS5. You can go to another thread and leave your post there. It has not been resolved yet but in the other thread, the community manager has escalated this issue to the dev team. Hope the issue get fixed soon.

Hi JudyRacing, this issue is not the former "unavailable" bug, where you could not manually install it in the "manage game content". In this one, there is always a price tag asking us to repurchase the VOL9 speed pass. For now, there's not much we can do other than wait for the dev team.

Is there an ETA on a fix for this? It’s been literal months since volume 9 released and I still can’t access the content I paid for. Literally the only thing I wanted from the entire ultimate collection was the cars from volume 9 but figured it was only a bit more to get all past DLCs, and of course we have this issue going on for several months where the reason I even bought the upgrade in the first place is the only thing I can’t get from it for one reason or another.

I have heard nothing regarding the ETA. @EA_Groguet Is there any news or ETA for the fix? It's been more than a month since we met this issue ☹️.
