@60Sixa Nah, despite what you're seeing, you actually can't. There is currently a bug that shows a car's stock rating instead of what it's currently tuned to be at (as shown, [A] 181 is the M3 Convertible's stock rating). Not sure if it's shown like this consistently everytime, but yeah. As you can see on the right of your screenshot, the M3's been downgraded to [B] 151, which is very likely its real current rating.

Unless, the exception would be that the person is cheating. idk how to prove that though.
