Thanks for providing additional information, to confirm with the Xbox are you on an insider build of its OS? (where you get features like discord integration earlier)

If not how do you normally launch or exit Unbound? Is it always when you load into MP that you received an error message your save was corrupted?

I'm no insider or have an insider build. I normally launch unbound by finding the game in my games on the xbox and press A. Sometimes I have to step away from the game because we have a toddler in the house who wakes up at night, so i'll just close the game out from the xbox menu. I only received the error 2 or 3 times that it couldn't save correctly or something like that. Then it said game file corrupted. I havent received that message since I lost all of my progress.

Is there a way to get my progress back?

Progress is store locally for NFS Unbound, we are not able to manually make changes to it. 

We typically try to understand what could cause this to happen so frequently, by doing things such as;

• Backing out to the main menu to save your game
• Closing Unbound from Quick Resume and fully launching the game
• Not being on unstable builds

Do you know if any other profiles on the console run into this? If not, we could try removing and readd your account and checking if this continues to happen 2 or 3 times.
