Why is there no Puerto Rican flag?

I see they have all these flags, even for the LGBTQ community. However they have no Puerto Rican flag. Many games don’t for some reason. Yet they base the map off of Chicago and Humboldt Park is a part of its history. So why could we not have at least the flag to put on cars at least, since we didn’t have it Humboldt Park placed in the game?

That why im saying, if there a npc in the game and info say puerto rican then WHY NOT A PUERTO RICAN FLAG. they really should add it.
