Wraps & liveries fail to load in the garage

Since Volume 4, my wraps regularly will not load on my cars. 

The livery is still applied when I open the livery editor but the game refuses to display it.

At the moment, all I can do is manually open each livery, add a sticker so that the game recognises that I am editing it, and only then does the game load in the livery.

I have to do this with all 64 of my cars.

In Lakeshore Online, if I take the car out without forcing the game to load in the livery, my friend will see the livery regardless, however it won’t display on my end and I will only have the base paint showing.
