A lot of stutters like slow motion after patch 6.0.1

Well after updating to patch 6.0.1, game stutters a lot to the point where it unplayae/undrivable because of it. There is also sometimes graphical artifacting, where as before the game was running great. Visually looks like the car is moving slower but the car is not moving slow as per the speedometer. Also sound gets stuttery which adds to the experience that something is not running as it should. I know i am CPU bound but again previously it was running great.

Also i tried other games such as battlefield 1 where it is running great.
