Achivements not unlocking on Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug "Escape Artist" and "Flow Master" achievements not unlocking
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing story mode, I'm not know sure what exactly triggers it. I suspect that Escape Artist (Escape a Heat 5 cop chase in an A+ car in story mode) doesn't unlock because I didn't do it at the A+ stage of story mode and only attempted to do it after I finished the whole story. I'm guessing the same is true for Flow Master (Score 250k in Takeover) since I didn't really try to get that achievement during my story progression when the event was still "relevant"
What happens when the bug occurs? Escape Artist and Flow Master achievements don't unlock no matter how many times I meet the requirements in Story mode while being online (not in multiplayer mode). I tried getting to heat 5 with different methods (building up to heat 5 from races or just going from heat 1 to heat 5, with or without performance mods that influence cop reinforcement timing), For Flow Master I scored 250k both in practice runs and actual events but it still doesn't unlock. These are the only achievements that seem to be bugged. I unlocked collectibles achievements in multiplayer with no problem after encountering this bug and even came back to Story mode to try and unlock achievements in question once more but with no success.
What do you expect to see? Flow Master and Escape Artist achievements unlocking automatically after a fix, since game probably keeps related stats (Heat 5 escapes in A+ cars and Takeover scores)
