Did I get scammed?

I bought the Vol. 8 Dynamic catch up pack but when I went to the garage to use it, there was nothing. So I waited 12 hours to see if it takes some time but still I can't see the car. Please help ASAP!

    If you believe you are missing paid content, then you should talk to EA support. They should be able to provide you with the necessary assistance.
