Achivements not unlocking on Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug Adbusting and heaven spot achievements are not unlocking despite meeting the requirements and receiving the reward for collecting the required collectibles.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everything in game shows that I should have recieved the achievement but it still has not unlocked for me.
What happens when the bug occurs? The achievement doesn't unlock like it should have.
What do you expect to see? I expect that the achievement would have unlocked when I completed the requirements

Please fix this ASAP! I was very excited to add this game to my list of achievement completions. But without a fix to this issue that will now be impossible for me. Ive always loved NFS but I equally love achievements and the feeling of adding a game to my "completion" list. Without a fix to this bug I won't be playing anymore of this game or any of the other need for speeds because I will be scared this issue will continue to happen with other NFS games.
