All performance parts appear as tires and game crashes when they are selected

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug (Story Mode) Tinting the tail lights on my Nissan 370z (2019), after selecting a colour the tail lights disappeared. The same thing happened with my headlights, and then all body parts disappeared. Chose the option to reset car to stock specs to restore the car, but now all performance parts have tire icons, and selecting any of them causes my game to crash. Issue persists after launching game again.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try tinting tail lights or headlights on Nissan 370z Heritage Edition (2019) to see if they disappear
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes
What do you expect to see? Correct display of car parts, not crashing game when selecting them

Including a screenshot of the performance parts UI, all part icons are replaced with tire images. Game crashes to dashboard if I select any of them.

  • Swapping out cars fixed the UI bug displaying tires for every option, game still crashes if I select any of the performance parts. My other cars are unaffected

@TheSoldiersCree Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

    How to power cycle:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Thanks!
