Need For Speed Unbound will not load

I just got the game from the Steam summer sale, and whenever I try to launch the game, it opens into a black screen. After a while, it will just turn off by itself self or if I click on it, it will open into full screen mode, which will either blue screen my computer after a minute or just restart my computer entirely. I have tried everything I can think of, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, verifying the game files, running the game as administrator, running Steam as admin, running the EA app as admin, making sure all my drivers are up to date, and clearing the caches on the game. I have no clue what the problem could be. I just recently fully wiped my computer, so everything should be as good as new. I've been trying to figure out for the past week that nothing will work.
