All saved game progress lost

I opened NFS Unbound this morning and all of my progress has been deleted, both Story and Multiplayer. When I launched the game, I got all of the prompts as if I had launched the game for the first time. I am playing on PC, and my guess to what happened is that my game refuses to close half the time. When I select to Quit the game, I get a never ending loading screen to which I have left open for up to 10 minutes with no change, so I have to force close the game. I had done this multiple times without issue. Level 50 online back to zero over night, probably wont pick the game back up to play for quite some time, if ever if this has the possibility of happening.
