"Auto Sign In" being turned off causes bugs and sync issues, can't go online

Summarize your bug I prefer having "auto sign in" turned off in the settings because loading in and out of story mode is maybe 15 times faster when the game is offline, but the problem is if you have this option turned off and then you load into Lakeshore online, there are a bunch of bugs I have experienced since at least Volume 7. Back in Vol 7, after loading into Lakeshore Online and then going into PvP, the PvP options would all be wrong, they would show old PvP options from older volumes. Now in Vol 8, I get a different bug, after loading into lakeshore online with "auto sign in" turned off, when you go into PvP it's blank, there are no options at all, and I can't go into free roam either, if I click on the free roam tile, it says "matchmaking" (it's also supposed to say "finding server" or something of the sort but it only says "matchmaking") and it says matchmaking forever, it never actually puts me into a game. Also worth noting that when this bug occurs, my rank says "1" instead of my actual rank, so there is clearly some synchronization bug with the server
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have "auto sign in" turned off in the settings, restart the game and then try go into free roam or pvp
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't go into free roam or pvp and my rank shows the wrong value
What do you expect to see? Lakeshore online working correctly like it does when auto sign in is turned on
