Bad hardware utilization

Question

After hearing about the game mode updates, I finally decided to give NFS Unbound a try. Only this after the disastrously bad support in NFS Heat and leaving it unfinished.
I've never seen a game perform this bad and make such bad use of my hardware.

This screenshot show all the CPU cores in use at half speed and the GPU being used at 9%.
I've tried the CPU "fix" by adding the following lines to the user.cfg.
Thread.ProcessorCount 4
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4
It resulted in higher FPS yes but the game started playing strangely almost as if I was playing in slow motion at times.

I also wanted to check, if the following changes anything at all?

Repair&nbsp;your game via the EA App - Repair (Library &gt; Tile Dots &gt; Repair)
Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu &gt; Help &gt; App Recovery)&nbsp;
Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Close other running applications on your device
Run the&nbsp;System File Checker tool, then Check for&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;and&nbsp;GPU&nbsp;updates&nbsp;&nbsp;
Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues&nbsp;
Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

I have used up all 12 cores 24 threads today to see if it is a power issue on my end but it's not. This is what it's suppose to look like 100% in use. Need for Speed Unbound doesn't do this. EA take notes please.&nbsp;

I just read this in the Vol. 6 patch notes
"Some small performance improvements when in longer game modes (endurance, mostly). This should save on CPU usage spikes"
Maybe you gotta ramp those cores up a bit EA. smh 🤦

@EA_Illium The VC++ repair/install is a new one for me. I uninstalled all VC++ versions on my PC and installed all the necessary ones back from the game and some other software I got. Sadly this didn't help.
