Banned without even playing the game

Question

So i purchased the discounted need for speed unbound from £79.99 to £39.99 installed it to apparently have an account ban as soon as it is installed??

how can i be banned for installing a game and never playing it more to the point why have i been banned when i havent even played the game 😂😂 i would like a refund or my account unbanned instantly please as ive done nothing wrong i literally purchased game last night left to install all night woke up to play and im banned

Ok so it seems my ea account was hacked as i have some russian email attached??? How do i get this email removed and get full control over my account and get it unbanned as when i try it wants to send email to the russian one and im from the UK&nbsp;

Click&nbsp;Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose&nbsp;Origin.
Choose your platform.
Select&nbsp;Manage my account, then&nbsp;Banned or suspended account.
Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click&nbsp;Select contact option.
Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
