Black decals do not appear as black

Summarize your bug I recently made a wrap for my Subaru Impreza WRX sti (the bug appears on every car though). The vehicle has a green-ish base color, and I applied black decals. But, when the car gets loaded, meaning when I choose it in the "my cars" tab of the garage or if I choose it for a race, those black decals appear to not be black. They look, in fact, more like a dark green. It's exactly as if the decal was not set to 100% opacity, but it is. The only way to get the car to look how it's supposed to, is to choose it in the garage, then go to the "style" tab. Now the wrap loads correctly and I can leave the garage with the car in the look I want. But if I leave the garage normally or I choose the car for a race, the mentioned bug occurs and the base color of the car appears to be shining through the black decals, making them look another color. This is hell for someone who spends hours to make a car look like they want, please look into this.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just paint a car in any color other than black or white, then apply a black decal onto it by turning the brightness of the decal manually all the way to zero. Save the wrap, change to another car, change back to the first one and the bug should occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? The black decal looks like it's not on 100% opacity and the base color of the car is shining through.
What do you expect to see? I want my black decals to look black every time I choose a car, whether it'd be for a race or in the garage.

Edit from 04/25/2023: I found a workaround! And also the reason for the bug! It seems to be tied to the "brightness" option in the color change tab of the decal. If you choose the normal black from the color palette, everything will be fine, but if you turn the brightness manually all the way to zero, the bug will occur and the base colour of the car will be shining through the decal.
