Need For Speed Unbound Launching Error

Sorry to hear that the game hasn't been able to launch. 

If you haven't already, please give these troubleshooting steps a try: 

• Clear the EA App's cache
• Check for Windows or GPU updates
• Repair the game
• Run EA App and NFS Unbound as administrator
• Check if there are other applications limiting the EA App and game performance (including any Anti-virus software and Windows Defender), and add NFS Unbound, EALauncher.exe, EADesktop.exe, and EABackgroundServices.exe as exceptions

I just got the game and have the same issue; won't launch with the same error. I tried all the steps you listed above and nothing work.

Just to confirm, did you download NFS Unbound through Steam? If so, NFS Unbound might appear as 'Excalibur' in the steamapps folder; you'll want to add it as an exception in Windows Defender or your Anti-Virus software. If you haven't already, please try verifying game files on Steam as well. 

Once you do that, set the EA App to offline mode, restart your PC, and turn offline mode off before launching NFS Unbound to see if the error message still appears
