Black screen and no audio on launch.
Hey, thanks in advance for anyone helping with this issue. I used to play NFS Heat on steam. Love the whole franchise, but after a while every time i started the game it would give me a black scree...

I updated to the latest directx and C++ runtime environments as well as upgraded to the latest graphics driver.
I also tried resizing my resolution to a smaller size and launching the game but to no avail.

Please try the following steps:
- Uninstall GeForce Experience
- Make 100% sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Sadly no luck. Just finished the steps. Still the same black screen. Again all other games work fine so not sure why these 2 are acting up. I even turned off overlays. any other ideas?
