Black screen ps5

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug I get black screen all the time. I’m stuck on Wednesday and when I do get black screen it shuts off my ps5. And I have to hard reset the PlayStation. I lost all my progress to when this happened.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play it on ps5
What happens when the bug occurs? Shut off my ps5
What do you expect to see? Hopefully a update soon

This sounds like your console is overheating.

Check both ends of your HDMI cable and then clean all the dust/lint from the vents, fan and heatsinks.

A can of compressed air will work well for this, just make sure you hold the can vertically so no liquid comes out.
